For the love of fabric...

I was one of the few kids who paid attention in Home Economics - and Spanish.  7th grade was a good year!  

Fast forward 20 years when the only bright spot of my corporate day was the lunch hour often times spent in a fabric store!  Soon I was covering any piece of furniture I could get my hands on, wishing I knew how to do it properly.  The only upholstery course I found was in Ceredigion, Wales so off I went for two weeks in 2001.  After apprenticing and moonlighting for 3 years, I decided it's never to late to become what I might have been and left the rat race to hang out my upholstering shingle. I've been living the dream ever since and want to help others do the same - without having to go to Wales!
